Ball Machine Reservations

The Club now has several ball machines. Lobsters and Playmates, both located in the East and West court storage rooms.

Members may use the Lobster at any time. To use the Playmate, you must be trained on its use. Contact Bill Smith (480) 647-5121 to set up a time to be trained. Once you are trained you will be given the combination to the lock on the machine.

Before using either machine, please review their operating procedures. When you are done, please plug in the charger cord. Each machine has a sign-in sheet. Please indicate on the sheet when you use the machine and if you have any issues with them.

Club members are asked to use the Ball Machine Reservations website to book individual usage of the machines. (Also, please reserve a court at the same time)

NOTE: The website used for reservations is ad supported, meaning that you will see pop-ups when using it. There will be an 'x' in the upper right corner of the pop-up. Click on that to close the pop-up.

• if not signed in, follow sign-in procedures (if new please register first)

• click on a date, time slot and which machine to reserve on the calendar

• click submit to confirm (your name will show on the reservation page)

• you will receive an email confirmation, please bring this email to the courts to show you reserved the court, in case others are using it

• please be sure to “sign out”  (beside your name) to exit the system

To cancel a reservation 

• click on your name in the reservation page

• click to cancel, please check that your name is no longer showing

• please be sure to “sign out”  (beside your name) to exit the system
