SSV Pickleball Facilities
The pickleball facilities at Sunland Springs Village are located at the San Tan recreation complex (intersection of East Guadalupe Rd and South Springwood Blvd). The address is 2833 S. Springwood Blvd.Â
12 lighted courts
4 courts are located on the west side of Springwood next to the tennis courts and 8 are located on the east side of Springwood. They are referred to as the west and east courts.
At both the east and west courts, a building provides a shade ramada, kitchen area, storage room, drinking fountains, and rest rooms. The west side building is shared with the tennis club. Bulletin boards about the pickleball club and activities are also located on the buildings.
The storage room on the west side is located on the south side of the building and this is were the pickleball club stores the Simon pickleball machine that is available for club members usage. The storage room on the east side is where the club stores the rest of its equipment.
Access to the East and West storage rooms is via a fob. Only club members will have fob access.
Each building has a simple first aid kit and an AED - Automated External Defibrillator. There is a sign on each building indicating where the AED is located. At the west courts, it is located in the kitchen area. On the east courts, it is located in the storage room.
The east courts have plenty of seating.
